Formatting Guideline
Document Format
All manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The document should use Times New Roman font, size 12, with double line spacing and one-inch margins on all sides. Page numbers must appear at the bottom center of each page.
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should follow a standard structure including the following sections: Title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion), Acknowledgments, Conflict of Interest Statement, Funding Disclosure, References, Tables, and Figures.
Title Page
The title of the manuscript should be concise, specific, and informative. It must be followed by the full names of all authors, their academic degrees, institutional affiliations, and a clear indication of the corresponding author with a valid email address.
Abstract and Keywords
The abstract must appear on a separate page and should not exceed 250 words. For original research, it must be structured under the headings: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Case reports and short communications may use an unstructured abstract. Below the abstract, authors must provide 3 to 6 relevant keywords.
Main Text Format
The main text should be divided using clear headings and subheadings. The introduction should explain the study’s background and objectives. The materials and methods section should include detailed information on study design, sampling, data collection tools, and statistical analysis. The results section should report findings in a logical sequence, and the discussion should interpret the data in the context of existing literature. The conclusion should summarize the key findings and their implications.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited within the text. Each table should be placed on a separate page with a title above it. Figure captions must be placed below each corresponding figure. All figures should also be submitted as separate high-resolution image files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
References
References must follow the Vancouver style and be numbered in the order of appearance in the text. Each reference must include the names of all authors, the article title, the abbreviated journal name, year of publication, volume, and page numbers. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all references.
Units and Abbreviations
Scientific measurements should be reported using the International System of Units (SI). Abbreviations should be clearly defined upon first use by writing out the full term followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
Language and Proofreading
Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their work carefully or consider using professional language editing services if English is not their first language. Submissions with poor language quality may be returned for correction before peer review.
Plagiarism and Originality
All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. Authors must ensure the originality of their work and properly cite all sources. Duplicate submission or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and potential blacklisting.
Compliance and Efficiency
Following these formatting guidelines ensures that your manuscript meets the journal’s standards for quality, consistency, and presentation, enabling a smoother review and publication process.
